The details
The ProsourceFit Flex and Twist Bar is designed to reduce joint pain, rebuild strength and increase flexibility. This flex bar rehabs tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, tendonitis, golfer’s elbow, and more through isolated wrist movements. Available in sets and singles with 4 different levels of resistance.
Our flex bars are an at-home or on-the-go therapy treatment that simultaneously serves as an athletic performance tool. We offer twist bars in 4 varying levels of resistance that allow you to gradually regain strength in overused tendons, rehab weakened wrists, and strengthen joints. Ridged surfaces allow for non-slip grip and aid to stimulate deep tissue when applied firmly against wrists, forearms, or the flat of your feet. Made from Thermoplastic rubber (TPR), the twist and bend bars are elastic and resilient to heavy use, allowing them to deform under stress and return to their original shape when the stress is removed. At 12 inches in length and less than 1 pound each, each bending bar is the ideal companion for on-the-go physical therapy. The bars are color-coded to indicate different resistance levels, ranging from 5 to 20 pounds. Resistance Levels • Yellow- 5 pounds • Green- 10 pounds • Blue- 15 pounds • Red- 20 pounds. Set of 3 consists of green, blue, and red bars; Set of 4 consists of all 4 levels.
Designed to rehab joints affected by injury or overuse through isolated wrist exercises
Made from Thermoplastic rubber for a resilient, long-lasting workout tool
5 levels of resistance, each indicated by a different colored bar
Compact design ideal for on-the-go therapy
